Delivery normally takes place between 8am and midday. Collection is generally scheduled between 7pm and 10pm from June to September and between 6pm and 9pm from October to May. Large structures and bookings containing several items require more installation and collection time than a single standard castle.
All inflatables are safety tested and cleaned and sanitised between hires. Our team installs the equipment and supplies appropriate safety mats. An adult must supervise the inflatable throughout use, and customers must not move, deflate or pack it before the collection team arrives.
