The Clown Play and Slide Bouncy Castle is a large, colourful inflatable combining a bouncing area with an 8ft platform slide. Its three-dimensional clown artwork gives it the appearance of a complete party attraction rather than a standard castle with a printed panel. It is available for children’s birthdays, communions, confirmations, school occasions and family events in Drogheda, Louth, Meath and Balbriggan.

The setup area is larger than the inflatable because space is also needed for anchoring, the blower, safety mats and movement around the equipment. The complete 20ft x 22ft area must be clear rather than divided by a path, flower bed, tree or change of level.
Measure the garden in the direction the slide will face. Its exit should lead into open space and remain away from walls, furniture, food tables and other equipment.
A Party Theme That Does Not Depend on a Character
The clown design provides a recognisable circus-style party theme without being linked to a particular television programme or film. It can work with colourful decorations, carnival-inspired tableware or a general birthday theme.
The inflatable already has prominent 3D artwork, so further decorations can be kept within the seating or food area. Balloons, banners and bunting must not be attached to the castle, its cover, blower or anchoring system.
Inside, children have room to bounce before using the raised slide. The supervising adult should control the number of users, keep the landing area clear and ensure that children descend in the correct position. Users should not jump from the platform, climb the outer walls or return through the slide exit.
Three Booking Decisions to Make in Advance
1. Can the Equipment Reach the Garden?
The packed inflatable cannot be carried through a house. A side gate or another external route at least 3ft wide is essential.
Check the entire route rather than measuring one entrance. Gateposts, hinges, drainpipes, bins and sharp turns can reduce the usable width. Steps, restricted parking and long carrying distances should be reported before the delivery date.
2. Will It Be Installed in a Front Garden?
Do not complete a front garden booking without calling 086 272 8333. SuperBounce will need to consider the available setup room, road and pavement proximity, public access and supervision.
Providing photographs and accurate measurements can help the team understand the location. Confirmation is still required before a front garden position can be accepted.
3. Is One Day or a Full Weekend Required?
For a normal one-day hire, delivery takes place between 8am and 12pm. Collection is arranged between 7pm and 10pm from 1 June to 30 September or between 6pm and 9pm from 1 October to 31 May.
For a full weekend, select Saturday and Sunday during the booking process. If the delivery schedule permits, SuperBounce may install the castle on Friday, with collection taking place on Monday. The actual arrangements will be confirmed for the selected dates.
Building the Rest of the Event Around the Castle
The Clown Play and Slide can serve as the principal children’s activity, leaving the remaining space for adults, refreshments and quieter entertainment. Where the garden cannot accommodate its 20ft x 22ft setup area, the Clown Bouncy Castle provides a bouncing-only alternative with matching theme characteristics.
Customers who prefer another design can browse bounce and slide bouncy castles. A conventional option from bouncy castles may be more appropriate when garden length or access is restricted.
At a larger event, Giant Connect 4 can create a separate turn-based activity away from the inflatable. A 10ft x 10ft Gazebo may be used for seating, presents or event supplies if the site has enough additional room.
Refreshments can be organised through fun food machines. Eating and drinking must take place away from the castle, and no queue should overlap with its entrance, slide, blower or anchoring points.
What Happens on the Hire Day?
SuperBounce will deliver, position and secure the inflatable, place the supplied safety mats and explain the operating requirements. The castle is annually safety tested, and hire is provided by a fully insured company.
The built-in rain cover can provide some protection during light rain, but it does not make the equipment suitable for every weather condition. Wind restrictions, weather warnings and any instructions issued by SuperBounce still apply.
A responsible adult must supervise continuously. Children should be organised into suitable groups, and shoes, food, drinks, face paint, sharp objects and loose accessories must remain outside. The castle must stay in its installed position until the collection team returns.
