The stated product length is not the total setup allowance. Additional space is required for the width, anchors, blowers, entrance, exit, mats and adult supervision. Large packed inflatables also need appropriate delivery access.

Cleaning Between Every Hire
Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitised between bookings. This process prepares the equipment for the next customer and enables the team to inspect the inflatable before it returns to service.
Customers can help us maintain the equipment by keeping shoes, food and drinks outside. Face paint, glitter, confetti, streamers and party poppers must also be kept away because these materials can stain or damage inflatable surfaces.
Safety Testing and Professional Installation
Our inflatables receive the required safety testing and are supplied with appropriate crash mats. The SuperBounce team handles delivery and installation before explaining the necessary operating guidance.
A responsible adult must supervise users throughout the hire. The supervisor should manage user numbers, separate substantially different ages or sizes where required and retain a clear view of the entrance and play area.
Customers must not move, switch off, deflate or attempt to pack an inflatable. The equipment should remain installed until our collection team arrives.
Weather Decisions Are Based on Safety
Many SuperBounce castles have built-in rain covers and can be used during light showers when the bouncing surface is dried as necessary. A rain cover does not permit use during excessive wind, severe weather or unsuitable ground conditions.
Inflatables cannot be installed or operated when winds exceed 38kph. A yellow or higher weather warning affecting the delivery location will also prevent the hire from proceeding.
If SuperBounce cancels a booking for safety reasons, any deposit paid will be refunded. These limits apply regardless of the event type, number of guests or equipment ordered.
Delivery and Installation
Standard deliveries normally take place between 8am and 12pm. A single bouncy castle generally takes around 15 minutes to install, although obstacle courses, super slides, marquees and multi-product orders require longer.
Collection periods are:
- 1 June to 30 September: 7pm to 10pm
- 1 October to 31 May: 6pm to 9pm
Customers should tell us about fixed venue closing times before the booking date.
Payment and Seasonal Deposits
Payment is due upon delivery and can be made by cash or card. A non-refundable deposit is required for bookings during April and May. Deposits are not normally required during other months.
If a customer cancels an April or May booking, the deposit value can be credited towards another booking within six months of the original date, subject to the applicable conditions and availability. If SuperBounce cancels, any deposit paid is refunded.
