We’ve gathered a few of the most common questions we get asked. If we haven’t answered yours, don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re more than happy to assist.

Q: What are the delivery and collection times?
A:

  • Delivery times: Between 8am and 12pm.
  • Collection times:
    • 1st June – 30th September: 7pm – 10pm
    • 1st October – 31st May: 6pm – 9pm

Q: My area doesn't show when selecting a delivery address. Do you deliver to my area?
A:
If your area isn’t listed, give us a call at 0862728333. We’ll check if we can provide delivery to your location and offer a delivery price if possible.

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my bouncy castle hire?
A:
All of our bouncy castles are fitted with rain covers and can be used in light rain, provided they’re dried off with a towel. However, if winds exceed 38kph or if a yellow or above weather warning is issued, we’ll need to cancel the booking for safety reasons. Your safety is our top priority, and we won’t risk setting up in unsafe conditions.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A:

  • For April or May bookings: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required.
  • For all other months: No deposit is required when booking.

Q: When and how do I pay for my hire items?
A:
Payment is due on delivery. We accept cash or card. (Please note: a deposit is required for bookings in April and May only.)

Q: If I want to cancel my booking, do I lose my deposit?
A:
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel, we’ll credit the deposit amount toward a future booking within 6 months of your original booking date. If you cancel with no plans to book again, the deposit is non-refundable. If we need to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Q: How long will it take to set up and take down the bouncy castle or inflatable?
A:
Setting up and taking down a bouncy castle usually takes about 15 minutes, depending on the venue.

Q: I have steps leading up to my house. Can I still have a bouncy castle?
A:
Absolutely! Just let us know if there are any obstacles (like steps) when making your booking, so we can plan accordingly. If you’re unsure about anything, don’t hesitate to ask.
