What time will my equipment be delivered?
Deliveries normally take place between 8am and 12pm. The precise arrival time depends on the delivery route, products ordered, venue access and the number of installations scheduled that morning.
Please make sure the setup area and access route are clear before the team arrives. Tell us in advance if a hall, school or other venue has a restricted opening time.
What time will SuperBounce collect the equipment?
Standard collection periods are:
- 1 June to 30 September: 7pm to 10pm
- 1 October to 31 May: 6pm to 9pm
Provide advance notice if the venue must be cleared by a fixed time. Customers must not switch off, deflate, dismantle or attempt to pack inflatable equipment before the collection team arrives.
How do I arrange a full weekend hire?
Select both Saturday and Sunday when booking online. Subject to availability and the delivery schedule, SuperBounce may deliver on Friday and collect on Monday. Check the individual product and date through the online booking system.
Which locations does SuperBounce serve?
Our principal delivery area covers Drogheda, County Louth, East Meath and selected parts of North Dublin. Regular destinations include Dundalk, Ardee, Bettystown, Laytown, Stamullen and Balbriggan.

What happens if it rains on the day?
SuperBounce bouncy castles have rain covers and can be used during light rain, provided the bouncing surface is dried with a towel when necessary. A rain cover does not permit use in severe weather, excessive wind or unsafe ground conditions.
If the weather becomes unsuitable, follow the instructions provided by SuperBounce.
What is the maximum wind speed for inflatable use?
Inflatables cannot be installed or operated when wind speeds exceed 38kph. A yellow or higher weather warning affecting the delivery location will also require cancellation.
These restrictions apply to castles, combis, obstacle courses, slides, playzones and inflatable games.
What happens to my deposit if SuperBounce cancels?
If SuperBounce cancels the booking, any deposit paid will be refunded in full. This includes cancellations made because weather or ground conditions prevent safe installation.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
- Bookings during April and May: A non-refundable deposit is required.
- Bookings during other months: A deposit is not normally required.
The booking system will show the applicable payment requirements for your selected date.
When and how do I pay the remaining balance?
Payment is due upon delivery. SuperBounce accepts cash or card. Any deposit already paid will form part of the booking payment.
What happens if I cancel an April or May booking?
Deposits are non-refundable when the customer cancels. However, the deposit value can be credited towards another booking made within six months of the original date, subject to the applicable terms and availability.
If no replacement booking is made within that period, the deposit remains non-refundable.
How long does inflatable setup take?
A standard bouncy castle normally takes approximately 15 minutes to install, depending on access and the venue. Large obstacle courses, super slides, marquees and bookings containing several products require more time.
The team also needs enough time to complete the required safety checks before handing over the equipment.
Can equipment be delivered if there are steps?
Steps do not automatically prevent delivery, but they must be disclosed before booking. The number and steepness of the steps, product weight, gate width and carrying distance can affect whether installation is possible.
Large packed obstacle courses and slides have different access requirements from a standard castle. Contact us if you are uncertain.
Can a bouncy castle be carried through my house?
Selected packed castles may pass through a suitable house. Every doorway, corridor and turning point must provide enough width and clearance. Remove furniture, shoes, pushchairs and other obstacles before delivery.
Do not assume that every inflatable can use an internal access route. Large courses and slides may require direct external access.
Can SuperBounce install an inflatable in a front garden?
Front-garden installations must be discussed before booking. Call 086 272 8333 so we can consider the boundaries, anchoring space, public access and proximity to roads or footpaths.
How do I know whether a bouncy castle will fit?
Check the individual product dimensions and allow additional room for anchoring points, the blower, safety mats, entry, exit and movement around the inflatable.
The Party Bouncy Castle 12x12, for example, requires more installation space than its 12ft x 12ft inflatable dimensions alone. Measure between fixed obstacles rather than using the garden’s approximate overall size.
What should I exclude when measuring the garden?
Exclude sheds, trees, walls, flower beds, steps, drains, washing lines, play equipment and garden furniture. The remaining ground should be level, suitable for installation and accessible to the delivery team.
Keep the entire route between the delivery vehicle and setup position clear.
Can bouncy castles be installed indoors?
Selected inflatables can be installed indoors where the venue provides sufficient floor space, usable ceiling height, access, power and suitable anchoring arrangements.
Measure beneath beams, lights, speakers, projectors and hanging decorations. The venue’s quoted room height may not represent the lowest usable point.
Which traditional bouncy castles can I hire?

Choose according to the user ages, available space and preferred artwork rather than selecting solely by theme.
What is the difference between a castle and a combi?
A traditional castle provides a defined bouncing area. A combi places bouncing and an attached slide within one connected inflatable.
The Party Bounce and Slide Bouncy Castle is one general-party example. Princess, Unicorn, Paw Patrol, Minions and Disco designs can be found within our bounce and slide selection.
Do you have inflatables for toddlers?
Yes. The Standard Toddler Playzone provides colourful age-focused play, while a Paw Patrol version is available for children who prefer that theme.
Separate toddler and older-child equipment may be appropriate when the event includes a broad mixture of ages.
Which disco inflatables are available?

Which garden games can I add?

Can I hire a marquee or gazebo?

Can tables, chairs and linen be added?
Yes. SuperBounce supplies 5ft round tables, 6ft timber trestle tables, 3ft standing tables, white folding chairs, Chiavari chairs and linen for selected tables.
Lighting, uplighters and suitable outdoor heating are also available within party extras. Some furniture products are booked by telephone, so check the individual listing.
Which fun food machines can I hire?
The 8oz Popcorn Machine, Candy Floss Machine, Single Barrel Slush Machine and Twin Barrel Slush Machine are available for suitable events.
Browse fun food machines and position the refreshment point away from inflatable entrances. Food and drinks must not be taken onto inflatable equipment.
Can I book several products together?
Yes. Subject to availability, delivery capacity and sufficient venue space, customers can combine inflatables, marquees, furniture, garden games and food machines within one booking.

Are the inflatables cleaned and safety tested?
Yes. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitised between hires and receives the required safety testing. Appropriate safety mats are included, and the SuperBounce team professionally installs and later collects the equipment.
Does an adult need to supervise the inflatable?
Yes. A responsible adult must supervise users throughout the hire, manage user numbers and follow the supplied operating guidance. The supervisor should have a clear view of the entrance and active play area.
What items must be kept away from inflatables?
Shoes, food and drinks must remain outside the equipment. Face paint, glitter, confetti, streamers and party poppers should also be kept away because they can stain or damage inflatable material.
How do I book SuperBounce equipment?
Select an available product, choose the required date and use its online booking buttons. Review the measurements, access, surface and user guidance before completing the reservation.
