The Unicorn 12x12 Bouncy Castle offers a compact, bouncing-only option for children who enjoy colourful fantasy themes. Its square design measures approximately 12ft long by 12ft wide, making it smaller than the unicorn bounce and slide bouncy castles while retaining distinctive artwork, a built-in rain cover and an enclosed play area. It can be hired for birthdays, festivals and community events in Drogheda, Dundalk, Stamullen and other nearby locations.
What a 12ft x 12ft Castle Leaves Room For
A smaller inflatable can give an organiser greater freedom when dividing a garden or venue. Once the full operating area has been allowed for, the remaining space might accommodate adult seating, a cake table or a separate game.
The stated 12ft x 12ft measurement does not include every element needed during installation. Clearance must also be provided for the blower, anchors, safety mats and access around the castle. Confirm the complete setup requirement before booking and measure only genuinely usable space.
A suitable position should not contain:
- Garden furniture or fixed play equipment
- Trees, low branches or washing lines
- Flower beds, drains or pronounced slopes

From House Entrance to Final Setup
The packed Unicorn Bouncy Castle can fit through a standard house entrance in many properties. This may allow delivery to enclosed back gardens without a direct side gate, although the entire internal route must be accessible.
A wide front door will not help if a hallway, internal turn or rear doorway is too narrow. Consider steps, radiators, fitted furniture and breakable objects before the delivery team arrives. Clear movable obstructions and provide details of any tight sections when booking.
Once outside, the final setup area must still provide the necessary space and suitable ground. The delivery team will choose the position, install the castle and provide safety mats. Customers must not move or dismantle it afterwards.
The built-in rain cover can help during light showers, but it does not guarantee use in every weather condition. Wind limits, official weather warnings and any instructions issued by SuperBounce continue to apply.
Use the Castle as One Part of the Party
The Giant Connect 4 can provide an additional activity without duplicating the castle’s bouncing format. It can be placed within a separate games area where children taking a break from the inflatable can still participate.
A 6ft timber trestle table can hold presents, the cake or party supplies. Seating and other practical equipment are available through party extras. All furniture must remain beyond the inflatable’s complete operating area.
For refreshments, the Single Barrel Slush Machine may suit a smaller party, while the 8oz Popcorn Machine includes supplies for portioned popcorn. Children must finish all food and drinks before entering the castle.
Where suitable additional space exists, marquees and gazebos can provide a separate covered social area. Avoid placing any structure where it restricts supervision or blocks the castle entrance.
Supervision, Hire Times and Local Delivery
The Unicorn Bouncy Castle is annually safety tested, and hire is provided by a fully insured company. A responsible adult must supervise at all times, manage the permitted number of users and organise children into suitable size groups.
Shoes, drinks, food, face paint, sharp objects and loose accessories must stay outside. Children should not climb the walls, interfere with the cover or enter while an unsuitable user group is inside.
Delivery is scheduled between 8am and 12pm. Collection takes place between 7pm and 10pm from June to September or between 6pm and 9pm from October to May.
Select Saturday and Sunday for a full weekend hire. If availability allows, SuperBounce may deliver on Friday and collect on Monday without an additional hire charge.
